ORDERING:
Orders may be placed thorough our shopping cart, by phone or by fax. All orders in stock are shipped within 24 - 48 hours of receipt. Items that are not in stock will be automatically backordered. Unless unacceptance of back orders is mentioned at the time of placing the order.
World of Beads try to keep everything in stock; back orders are shipped anywhere within 2 days to 5 weeks.
SHIPPING:
World of Beads ship Federal Express Ground, UPS and Air Bourne, from our warehouse in New Jersey. All charges regarding the shipping are added to the invoice.
Most of our beads are made of glass and are generally heavier and relatively less expensive as compared to other glass beads available in the market, hence the shipping costs are a little high in relation to the dollar value.
Purchases up to $50 - $10 shipping charge
Purchases between $51-$99 - $18 shipping charge
Purchases between $100-149 - $25 shipping charge
Purchases between $150-199 - $31 shipping charge
Purchases over $200 - 10% of purchase price
This is for all the USA, PR, Guam and Canada.
International Shipping is billed at actual Air Priority rates.
PAYMENTS:
World of Beads accept orders on Phone, Faxes and by E-Mail.
World of Beads also accept Visa, MC, Discover, Amex, and PayPal and CODs as methods of Payments.
Net 30 is given to customers in very good standing with our company.
RETURNS:
Any returns for damages or shortages are acceptable within three working days of receiving the goods.
Only in case of wrong or broken items being sent. In which case the goods will be replaced, or if the item is not in stock will be backordered or a full refund will be given.
